1. Terms of Use

Welcome to AMF Studio. By accessing our website (amfstudio.in) or booking creative photography and videography services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Time Slot Reservations

Shoot dates and time slots are reserved upon online booking submission and team verification. Clients must provide accurate contact and location details.

• Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
• Advance booking retainers are non-refundable unless cancelled by AMF Studio due to unforeseen emergency events.

3. Creative Copyright & Media Deliverables

AMF Studio retains full creative copyright over all raw footage and edited media captured during sessions. Clients receive full personal and commercial usage rights as agreed upon in the shoot package contract.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, under Madurai jurisdiction.
